Matthew collected his trophy for winning the Historic Touring Car Championship at the Motor Racing Legends awards evening.


Matthew said " I'm proud to have been involved and help towards this big achievement in a brand new car. Huge congrats to @paulmensleyracing (who did most of the peddling) and @_premier_motorsport for all their hard work, blood, sweat and tears, fully deserved if you ask me. Roll on 2022."

ABOUT matthew

Matthew is a 29 year old from Sevenoaks, Kent; or where he is found more regularly Brands Hatch!

​

Matthew has been around the motorsport paddock his entire life; his routes trace back to his father Martyn’s passion for grassroots motorsport. No matter the weather or distance Matthew was always in attendance to watch Martyn sprint and Hillclimb in the now well know Ellis Talbot Sunbeam Lotus.

2022 presented the busiest calendar to date racing a number of different cars; 2023 Matthew has focused his efforts on the family Talbot Sunbeam Lotus. 

A Euro Nascar outing at American Speedfest provided some much need drama. 2023 isn't over yet and talks of one last big race weekend are in full flow.
